Q: Why has my order not arrived?
A: At MedQuarters we claim to be a lot things but experts in logistics is not one of them. This is why we outsource the delivery of our orders to trusted courier services or even good old Australia Post.
As trusted and reliable as our couriers are they are not perfect and occasionally (very occasionally in our experience) parcels are delayed and even more rarely, lost. Unfortunately we have no control over the delivery part. Once an order has been booked in and picked up by the courier it has left our sphere of influence.
Fortunately our courier service provide regular email updates keeping you informed of where your order is at. You will also get an initial email with a tracking number or reference that you can use to track progress on The Courier’s website.
Sometimes orders take a little longer to be delivered then expected. If delayed try using the tracking reference to see where the parcel is at.
If your order is not showing signs of progress, please get in contact and we will see what we can do.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We can ship to international destinations. However a freight charge will be applied to the order (sorry only orders sent within Australia have free delivery).
Just complete the billing and shipping information page and you will be presented with a range of shipping options.
Not seeing any shipping options pop up in the order page? You need to complete all details, including postcode/zip code and a contact number (in case the courier service needs to contact you) to activate the postage options.
Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?
A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.
Q: How do I order on your website?
A: Simply find the product you want and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!
Q: Do we provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?
A: Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience.
Q: Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?
A: Absolutely! We offer a full refund on your order if you don't like the product. Simply visit our refund policy page for complete details. If you have any additional questions that have not been addressed in our FAQ, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
